1. Service Description

Nare is an AI-powered calorie and nutrition tracking application. It analyzes your food photographs to provide estimated nutritional values, simplifies daily calorie tracking, and generates weekly nutrition reports.

Important: Nare is not a medical device or medical advisory service. Information provided by the application is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.

2. Disclaimer

• AI analysis results are estimates and may be inaccurate. Calorie and macronutrient values may differ from actual values.
• For nutrition plans, diets, or health decisions, always consult a qualified dietitian or physician.
• Nare accepts no responsibility for the user's health outcomes, weight changes, or nutritional status.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the application, you agree to:

• Enter accurate and up-to-date information (age, weight, height, etc.)
• Keep your account secure and not share your login credentials with others
• Use the application in compliance with applicable laws
• Respect the privacy and rights of other users

4. Prohibited Uses

The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Reverse engineering the application or extracting source code
• Using the application maliciously or overloading servers
• Harassing other users or sending spam
• Sharing false or misleading content
• Attempting to bypass or disable the application's security measures

5. Account Suspension and Termination

• Violation of the above rules may result in your account being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• You may delete your account at any time via Settings > "Delete My Account."

6. Intellectual Property

• The Nare application, its design, logo, and content belong to Mustafa Zafer.
• Meal data and photographs entered by users belong to the user.
• Copying, distributing, or commercially using application content is prohibited.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Nare offers free basic features. Premium features require a subscription.
• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the respective platform's rules.
• If you cancel before the free trial period ends, no charge will apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Mustafa Zafer is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the application.
• No responsibility is accepted for data loss, service interruptions, incorrect calorie calculations, or health outcomes.
• The application is provided "as-is."

9. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using this application, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of service.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification. Continuing to use the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
